The Girona Cathedral represents one of the most iconic architectural works of the city. Built between the XI i XVIII centuries, it's an impressive showcase of architectural styles such as Romanesque, Gothic and Baroque. Some of the most important elements that characterize it are the central Gothic nave, the widest in the world (23 meters), and its Romanesque cloister.
The capitular museum of the Cathedral of Girona exposes the Tapestry of Creation. It's a piece of textile art of XI century, a unique piece within the Romanesque.
